Asked in Consumer Court
Dear sir, You shall issue legal notice to them and if they do not respond within stipulated time, then you can rightly visit the consumer court for deficiency of services. Thank you
To initiate the process You should get it legal notice served upon the company and then move to the Consumer Court if the matter is not resolved. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
Sir you can issue a Legal Notice to travolook and there are 90% chances that they will refund the money as soon as they receive it. i have done it for my sister's booking and the issue was same as of yours and Fortunately my sister got the refund back. And if by chance they doesn't refund you we can file a case in consumer court.
