You may at this stage ask for the Citizen Charter on the subject and then serve a detailed legal notice upon the Bankers expressing your intentions. The matter probably will not resolved. Otherwise file a Civil Suit in the local court challenging the declaration of NPA. You have a good case and you will succeed definitely. You are also at liberty to take up the matter with the Banking Ombudsman. Even the matter can also be taken up before the Consumer Court becaise it can be treated as deficiency in service. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
