1. you can serve the bank with a legal notice through a lawyer to remove your grievance, 2. if the needful is not done despite service of the legal notice, you can file a consumer complaint as per the provision of latest amendments, 3. the consumer case can be filed from your place, 4. you can also claim an appropriate compensation for causing mental agony & unfair trade practice 5. you would require a proof of deactivating the card application, 6. if you do not have any proof try to settle the matter amicably, 7. you can contact me for a detailed discussion
Try to relocate the Records when you had got your Credit cards deactivated. Procure the Statements and manage to send a detailed legal notice to the Bank at all levels. If not resolved file a Complaint with the Banking Ombudsman or Consumer Court or Permanent Lok Adalat for Redressal of your Grievance. You have a good case and you will succeed definitely.
