Asked in Copyright
Dear Sir, Questions if asked in public examinations previously then they would be no violation of any copy right. You may discuss the issue with me.
You cannot make use of the Questions as such as has been given in any textbook being protected under the provisions of Copyrights. However, you can make a smart move to effect changes in the narration to effect the sense and meaning of the question so that your narration does not fall with the definition of the copyrights. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required. .
1. you can change the question a bit to avoid/reduce any legal complications, 2. avoid giving reference/name of the publisher 3. you can ask students to send you the question and you will provide the answer in details
questions are mostly same only the process to solve is different so there is no such issues still Take care for some differences if you can to avoid any issues
