I have got a threat from my neighbour who is a drunkyard and often harasses my grown up son if anybody visits our house. Recently on 17th November 2020 in a drunken state, he abused by son who entered the society gate after his work at 9.30 p.m that he would kill him. When I intervened and told my son not to talk to him, the Secretary even abused me with language that I am a prostitue and repeatedly in front of his wife, other woman and the Security guard. Though I lodge a complaint and section 506 and 504 have been levied on him. Further, what is the procedure, if he really tries to harass us day in and day out and someday try to harm us.
