Under the relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code and that of the Pendemic Act you can approach the Civil Administration praying for appropriate action. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hai, Section 269 of the IPC states, “Whoever unlawfully or negligently does any act which is, and which he knows or has reason to believe to be, likely to spread the infection of any disease dangerous to life, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine, or with both.” Therefore you can lodge a complaint at the nearest police station.
