hi i am a pg student of one of one the renowned footwear college in noida. there are 4 semester in my 2years course. I have completed my 3rd sem in dec2017. from dec 2017 to 31rst may 2018 , there was a session of placement . college charged one lac for placement but they are fail to do same. 6 months have passed but still we are waiting for placement. can we file case against to college. please guide actually we had a fourth semester dec 2017 to may 2018. In fourth semester they had to conduct classes, practical , internship but they did not do any thing . they informed that submit your fourth semester fee which was one lac and sit in the placement. we wont have class anymore and untill you will not submit ur fee you will not b allowed to sit in the placement session. why did they charge one lac if they were not able to invite the companies. are they not playing with the future of students? i have all records related to this issue.

you clearly asked in your question that " college charged one lac for placement" It means it is clearly deficiency in services on Their part so you can file case, just go for it without confusion. Naveen Sheokand Advocate

you can not file case against the college. without going through the term and conditions you can file the case if admission was offerings for employment. thanks. N.k Sinha.Advocate.

Hello Gaurav, Your Case is fit for filing in Consumer Court and with regard to that you have to annexed all documents and this is a case you can file for mental harassment and agony and they have to refund your fees which they took on the name of placement
