Hi, A bail granted by High Court can be cancelled only by High Court. Any bail granted by Supreme Court can be cancelled only Supreme Court. A bail by lower can be cancelled by higher but a bail granted by higher court cannot cancelled by lower court. If you find this answer helpful, please rate us.
