I have filed a compliant in women police station for dowry and harassment. I have borrowed money and given him when he demanded money for different reason. He used to consume alcohol and beat me. After many compromise finally, I decided to separate. Now my case is going on in CMM court and have next hearing for evidence but I do not have any material proof that i have given money or medical certificate for being hurt. What can I do in this case, I am worried as this was 3 years struggle in filing a case. He also did not study or work but in marriage invitation, he as put MBA graduate and working in Devanahalli Airport. But this I haven't mentioned in my written complaint. I was sent back to my mother place after few days of my marriage asking for dowry and again I nobody came to take me back, my husband will come see me in my mom place and go back. How can I proceed with my evidence for judgment favoring me?
