We have pledged the jewels and gave money to take back the jewels but he didn't give the jewels and ran away from the place. Since many people have been cheated and during this covid situation, we are not able to proceed further. We want our jewels back. What we can do. Can we file a case directly? Is it possible to get our jewels back?

The effective remedy a avilable to you is to file a Criminal Complaint with the local Police giving all details. Better if filed collectively with the other victims.
