Dear Anil You can take plea in your defense that there was a consensual sexual relationship existed between you. If someone makes physical relations with no intention to marry in future and the consent of woman is solely based on the same promise then her consent vitiates. Then he can be booked for the offense to rape. But, if he didn't make any such promise and women herself made consensual relationship with him in love and affection then he can't be booked for the same offence.
