He is a Govt. primary school teacher about to retirement (8 months). He was married for the second time and there are son and daughter for him. A criminal case was filed in 1996 which was dismissed due to lack of evidence. After a long time, Govt. employee applied for divorce which was dismissed looking at the LIC policies produced by the first wife made by the employee on second wife and her son and daughter. Now second wife and her son and daughter have an Aadhar card, ration card, voter id with the employee's name mentioned as a husband for the second wife and as a father for their children in ration card and voter id. In house property document employee mentioned his son of the second wife. In 2019 his daughter absconded and had given police complaints mentioning him as father for her. Now the first wife is thinking to file a criminal case/ for departmental inquiry. What shall she do?

Second Marriage is otherwise a constitutional offence and the offence is punishable for the said offence whcih will also effect the service representative records and benefit as well. First wife has got the right to take legal action under the prevailing provisions of law. 1. why departmental inquiry? she can file a case of BIGAMY. She can also file a case to declare the second marriage as null & void
