My wife put 498a, 34, 3/4 on me and file Fir on me on 6 January 2021. She has put false allegations on me and my family. I never beat him or not ask any dowry money and there is no evidence neither on any call Her father give threats to me and my family. I don't what to do because these cases are always given in the hand of girl. I'm frightened. I don't want injustice. I don't know any rules about Madhya Pradesh. I'm living in up and wife is in MP. No one knows here better about mp. Here my lawyer says filled bond of 30,000 in the police station and again filled in court. I don't want to go jail because sir I never do any crime. I don't know justice done with me or not because most cases in hand of girl. I'm depressed?

As per your version if you are innocent then contest the Cases fearlessly you will definitely be acquitted but keep a close vigil on the working and performance of Opposite Party for better desired results. if bail is granted to you then u dont have to Worry more . You can file petition for quashing of fir before honourable high court . Initially u have to face trouble When you are facing trial. But at the end 99 percent of 498 A matter Were acquitted .
