False Allegation Of Dowry And Physical And Mentally Harassment

I am living in Canada with my wife and my brother-in-law. Before that my sister-in-law was also living with us. My brother-in-law's name is SA and sister in law name is SH. SA and SH are recently married in the month of November last year in INDIA. They joined us on 22 January 2020 and started living with us. During their stay, there are some verbal issues that erupted between my brother in law and sister-in-law. On 7th May, SH left the apartment and started living with her brother who is living in another city. They both have no talk with each other after that. Now, SH wants to take divorce from her. So my question is - SH, on 2nd July, made a complaint to the ADGP, NRI wing in Punjab (INDIA) against me, SA, my wife and SA's parents (who are living in INDIA). SH made a false allegation against all of us like beating, kicking, assaulting (Physically, mentally). So I want to know what are my legal options in India. Complaint copy is received by my inlaws 10 days back from the police
