I had bought 1 Acr land in 1997 and got it mutated in 2019. ROR is in my name.
False civil case filed based on a False Sale agreement he claims to have been made by me to sell him land.
To prove Forgery I lodged a private complaint thru magistrate for FSL test. Now, my lawyer says "it is between magistrate and police and you don’t have anything to do with it. Magistrate will not issue me a certificate about the genuiness of document and U can't use the findings to nullify the Civil case" IS IT CORRECT ???
My doubts :
1. If I don’t have anything to do with it then why did the advocate advise me to go for it ?
2. Are the views of my lawyer given above correct?
BTW, Can you suggest a CLEAN lawyer to defend my case in Rangareddy ( near Shamshabad ) ...
I am 75 years old .. no young gen in India to takeover the responsibility .. hence TIME is crucial.
I have NEVER entered court or Police before this False document case.
