A false anonymous letter assassinating my character has been submitted in a police station near my house. I suspect that this is from my neighbor against whom I filed a stalking complain since he has been harassing me for more than three years now. I am afraid that he might go further to pressurize me into withdrawing my complain. But I do not want to settle since that will cause him to harass me even more. How do I safeguard myself against any false legal complains he might file to trouble me and my family.

You may approach the Manila Police Station, You may approach Women Commission, You may approach Human Rights Commission or even the court for bringing home the guilt of the false complainant.
