Juvenile Application Alongside Bail Application

Is it right decision file an application along with bail application in the honourable high court, As bail application was rejected by session court before, the applicant is juvenile while FIR prepared by police was mentioned adult. Before application in session court, our vakeel (lawyer) told if we claim juvenile it Would take 2-3 months to prove juvenile and bail process would interrupted, but unfortunately, till now we did not get bail date in the high court, so now is it right decision to file an application of juvenile side by side bail application.
