Sir, you would have to appear before the Magistrate on the day mentioned through an advocate. Thereafter, you can either continue with the trial in the same court or apply for Quashing of the FIR before the High Court. Getting the FIR quashed by the High Court is the best relief that can be sought for in this case. However, depending on the various details of the case we can take other steps as well. Please contact me for further assistance and more detailed advice.

Hello Sir As the summons are passed you have to present before the court and present your side. After that you could file for quashing of FIR under section 482 of CrPC. It would be advised to approach a lawyer. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful
