I have once a case in my knowledge in my relative, where a person has made suicide commit and his direct family has closed the case without telling all the truth to cops. The person had made suicide commit left one suicide note but that never shown to the cops and the case got closed without investigating the truth. Pl. suggest the legal way to take orders from the court to reopen the case

Since the Public at large is not involved in the matter You have an option to file a Writ of Mandamus seeking directions to the Police Authorities and to the accused for reinvestigation of the case so that the justice is done to the deceased person and truth is brought out and culprits are brought to the Book.
