Hi,
I put a fake experience certificate of 3yrs while joining a pvt company, though I left after 2 months because they breached the terms and conditions of the offer letter(working hours during probation shouldn't be in night but they kept night shift).
I exited the company properly having all the relieving letter and experience.
Now I am going to join a Central Govt Job and in the attestation form I have to fill up the previous employment details.
My question if I mention about my last company in that mail , can govt agencies ask the company's HR about the fake certificate I submitted of my fake experience because when the HR asked about the documents I did send over the mail.
PS: I have PF entries of the fake experience as well but no PF deposits or salary credited for which I have the bank statement as a proof.
PF entries under EPFO has same entry(DOJ) and exit(DOE) dates. Please advise!
