There is building adjacent to my house which is under construction. The owners of this building are Mr. Neelesh Sharma and Mr. Gabbar Rathore. The building consists of flats for sale. The owners of the building had installed a mobile network tower of Jio communication. As the harmful effects of radiation from these towers are now known to everyone, the members of my ward filed a complaint to District Collector, Commissioner Nagar Nigam, National Human Rights Commission, CM Helpline etc., but none of them are serious for the lives of people. It is almost 2 months that we have filed a complaint but no actions are taken yet by any of them. I sir please give me legal advice and give any judgment of past years of removal of the tower if any

if mobile towers can be removed so easily then there will not be a single mobile tower in india.

Hi, You can file a complaint under consumer court for deficiency of services and mentioning that the complaint has been filled earlier but no action was taken by the authorities. You can also file a complaint in jio customer care services. If they don't listen to complaint you can also send them legal notice and ask for compensation and deficiency in services.
