If no evidence then you can be go for quash. But fake witness have to be proven wrong. Your job will not be in danger immediately.

Dear Sir Filing of DV case is not a danger but filing of FIR is more dangerous. Better approach High court in both the cases and first get a stay and then get them quashed.
