My friend met with an accident a case filed on him under section 297 & 337, he went to court and fined. whether he is eligible for govt jobs or not. accident cases will come under criminal /civil cases. Should I mention those details in the application or not if they ask do you have any criminal records or not. While doing BGV they can be fined this type of cases.

Approach higher court and get such conviction quashed otherwise he will be in trouble. Please speak for more guidance.

Dear Sir, Though it is a petty case sometimes police refuse to issue PCC (Police Clearance Certificate). So, your advised to approach High Court or Sessions Court or get such conviction based on plea of guilt may be set aside to avoid future consequences. Please discuss.
