    matter can be compromised by complainant himself but senior can pressurized him if not compromise then it will better to contest the case strongly consult me for complete knowledge

    As is apparent the Complainant must have initiated the proceedings at the instance of some competent authority. At this stage the Complainant has to moot the proposal for compromise and will proceed after having obtained the required instructions.

    An employee is not in position to take big decision like compromise. Therefore, he may either take oral or written permission to enter into compromise. Store manager is absolutely right.

    1. section 380 is not compoundable, however, the same can be compound by filling an application in the concerned high court, 2. compound/coMpromise is a matter of understanding between the parties to the case i.e. the complainant and the accused, 3. permission of higher authorities is not requiered, legally, but since he is an employee therefore trying to save his skin,
