The 5 month back basis on my wife statement happily married in front of supreme court two bench judge, My case Sec 376 (Fall promise of marriage) 420 got quashed. Now my wife torturing and threatening me that she will reopen the quashed cases by supreme court. If i do not plan child with her immediately. I tried to explain my wife that i want to concentrate on my career and financial I want to be strong before having a child. Is it possible to reopen the quashed cases my supreme court now by her. What should be my action or what I should be doing pls advice

No need to worry because wording of Honble Supreme Court is final one but be alert she can File other kinds of criminal complain against you.

Order of the Supreme Court is final. The case has been disposed. There is no provision to reopen unless there is any mistake or amendment in the order. So no need to worry. There is no danger.

Dear client, There is no need to worry. If the court has quashed the proceedings of a certain case after hearing the matter in and out, it is very difficult to reopen the case unless gross injustice has taken place or there has been negligence on the part of the court.
