One of my close friend died on 2015 Aug, and it was an unnatural death and it's more suspicious and we feel its a cooked up case and want to reinvestigate the case now is it possible in 2020 and if it's possible what are the legal steps to follow for that.

It is difficult as the lapse of time is too much however, if you have the Post Mortem and autopsy reports you may have an opinion but it would be difficult to mobilise the Judicial machinery in this case.
