    The security you deposited solely belongs to you only and no one can claim any rights over it. If he/she is not returning your money then you can send him/her a legal notice demanding your money back and can write down that either give me the money or face legal action which will be at your cost. And if want to go legal then you can always file a petition before the magistrate for registration of FIR against the culprits. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
