My ex-colleague always calls me/send messages or visits my office saying she wants to marry me and she creates new sense in my company premises. I have blocked all her numbers, I have informed her parents regarding this but even they are helpless. I feel she is mentally ill as I had always spoken regarding work nothing other than that with her. I am facing this issue for the past 3 years. Please let me know what I have to do if in case she takes any hasty decision or if she troubles my family members

To initiate the process you have to serve a detailed legal notice upon the ex colleague restraining her from entering the Premises of your residences and Office and Also not to meet at any public places. If not resolved go for an Injunction Suit on these grounds. It will save the purpose.
