Dear client I am sorry to hear that word in this case you can go ahead and file a petition before the court for proper investigation of the case under section 190 of the CRPC more over you can also go ahead and find an appeal to the court for further investigation and judgement

You can make application towards Supritendent of Police or Commissioner Office of Police of your City for fair investigation.
In your case if you believe that the Investigating Officer had failed to do a fair investigation then you can always apply a protest petition in the court. And there is no time limit for the filing of the protest petition and you can file your objections even on the same day of your appearance while the final report is being filed by the police officials. Then the Magistrate may accept the Protest Petition and reject the final report and take cognizance under Section 190 of the code of criminal procedure. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
