I would like to add that the writ petition with respect to the given facts is not at all maintainable as its only maintainable against the actions of the state. Nevertheless if you are suffering through any kind of harassment then you can definitely approach any police station near you and lodge a complaint against the persons harassing you. If still unheard then you should write a complaint and submit through post or mail (whichever is convenient to you) to your areas SP (Superintendent of Police).
