. I have been cheated by a travel agent name Rajbirinder Singh in Noida. His bogus office is in noida sector- 18 and residence is in Noida sector -37. I am residing in Shahdara, East Delhi. I have been to the police station near my house but they didn't registered my FIR. after that i have submitted my written application to the farsh Bazar Police station and DCP office Shahdara but sir there is no action on my complaint. After that i approached to SSP office Gautam Buddh Nagar, Greater Noida and also visited Sector - 39 Police station, Noida but from there also no action has been taken. may i request you to please help us and guide me on how to take up this matter through court so that my FIR can be done.

You have file FIR direction petition in court.. Which u can file u/sec l56 of Crpc in Local Magistrate court.. (Depends on your state..) or as a writ petition under Art226 in High court or as a direction petition under sec 482 crpc in High court
