I want to develop an android application where company HR submit there vacancy and I will post that vacancy. 1. I want to know it is legal or not. 2. Does it is important to take permission from the court . 3. If a person submits a job vacancy and I will publish that vacancy and if that person is not HR does it will create a prob for me.
