I am facing this issue for last year or so.My gmail has been hacked by one of my knowns and every personal and professional communication is being stolen. Also my whatsapp account has been hacked and all chats,video calls and audio calls made using the application are being monitored destroying my personal privacy .On one occasion hackers have changed my whatsapp status. Also phone calls made by me are being spied and same has been used to cause mental discomfiture. What are the legal options . Which evidences can result is sure shot conviction .
