I have built an Emergency application where we will be needing a rescue team, we were planning to tie-up with local securities guards company and will pay them for the per run alert. On of 3rd party service provider told me you need PSARA license to run this application, but I am just providing an application to the service provider to earn money on run on alert base, so is it mandatory for me to buy PSARA license My question is: 1) Do I need to have a PSARA license to hire 3rd party rescue team. 2) Can I show that our company is just providing an application for a service provider to earn money without having a PSARA license.

Yes, it is mandatory according to the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA). While you come to IT ACT, see first that 3rd party must have this license.
