My phone was hacked by husband and he ran away to USA. He has recorded some personal calls, stolen some personal data and what else I dont know. His Family also refer about the hacked call conversation in Discussion. He is threatning to use the hacked data against me as we are taking legal action against him. What legal action I can take to hack my phone and stolen my and my Family's personal data. Where I can go to get my mobile phone checked for hacking which can be used as legal evidence.

Dear Madam, You can lodge complaint against your husband in local police station and also with other authorities who deal with persons residing at abroad.

Dear Madam, It is an offence under the provisions of Indian Penal Code. Be assured that such data which was taken without your permission is not acceptable in the Court of law. Nothing can be done by him. Simply lodge a complaint with local police about the theft your mobile and important data.
