Dear Client, Immediately file a complaint with the cybercrime cell or your local police station mentioning that you have been defrauded under false pretences related to an online job offer. Provide them with all relevant details, including the bank account numbers, names associated with the accounts, and any communication you have received. Contact your bank (IndusInd Bank in the first instance and Kotak Bank in the second instance) where you transferred the money. Report the fraudulent transactions and request them to freeze the accounts if possible. Provide them with copies of your complaint filed with the police. Pursue legal action against the fraudsters under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) related to cheating (Section 318), fraud (Section 320). Consider consulting with a lawyer specializing in cybercrime and fraud cases for further guidance and assistance in pursuing your case effectively. Should you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
