Regarding Cyber Crime And Laws

So we are three friends. One friend gives me his memory card and in there his private pic was available and I copied all files in my system but I later found out about pics after 2 years. I shared them with our 3rd friend just to see them and then he started blackmailing my 1st friend to whom the pic belongs to. Then I cleared everything that I gave the pics to him and he created all the drama after that I removed pics from my phone and system and the person who was blackmailing is claiming to delete the pics. Now what action can be taken against me if the 3rd person shared a pic with someone else Note - I did not steal pics he gave it to me he mishandles his property and I did not share with an unknown person I shared them with our near friend and unexpectedly he was greedy
