take back ur cheque whose encashment was stopped by ur banker, otherwise any person can mis use it

dear vivek, my humble advise for u to forget it and close the chapter, and to break all relationshiop with that person. because in the absence of any evidence u cannot go through law...don't take pain n relax.

at this stage, there is no matter of cheque or its payment, Law not permits anybody to abuse, insult, misbehave even u have committed any fault, there is Law and according to constitution remedy for all fault is available in the Law, no body have right to insult him instead to follow according to rule.

dear vivek, if u can prove the misbehave talks of that person, u can proceed against him.

First of all you need to know that you have to make a payment to the person to whom the same is due. Keep that in mind for future. Now in the present case you can not initiate any action for defamation against this person.
