Legality Of Trading In Foreign Derivatives From India For A Proprietary Firm

I’m not sure whether the profits received as a result of trading futures remotely for a foreign proprietary firm are legitimate or not This question arises from the fact that the FEMA act has prohibited indian citizens from trading in leveraged products outside the country using the money sent from india in accordance with RBI‘s LRS but in this case I would not be trading using my money sent abroad but by using the prop firm’s money. I think this should be just like trading for an institution that trades in foreign markets. So, this situation would not be covered under the purview of the FEMA, right? In the instance mentioned above, I would not be undertaking any forex transaction but would just be providing my services as a trader and make trades on the proprietary firm’s behalf using their money for a share in profit. Wouldn’t this be just like working for a foreign company as an employee? The firms i’m talking about are Topstep trader, Earn2trade etc. Thanks & Regards.
