Hi, You can proceed with mutual consent divorce, this won't take much of your valuable time but it requires the consent of both the parties. You can also file a divorce application on the ground of adultery. If you able to prove the adultery then she won't be getting any maintenance. If you find it helpful, please rate my answer. Thank You.

as per section 125, CrPC if the side is going to be living in adultery, she is not entitled to any maintenance. you may file for divorce on the grounds of adultery and cruelty. How long will it take depends on where you are, but ideally should take around 3-4 years.
