I got married on 2019 March with my wife. After she got pregnanted due some misunderstanding she left me Jan 2020 to until now. I have filed HMOP case in my native on Mar 2021, she filled for stay and tranfer requested from MD HC. They we argued then transfer to in between Karur due to we showed lots of issue related documents and csr complaints on their family. Counselling happend but not settled. Parallely she initiated MC case for my child and her (she's IT profession ) on Jun 2022. Here also counselling happened but not settled. After lots of arguments case dispossed with 5000 per month to my son by Oct ,2022. Between these cases i approached her for reunion nothing worked out. I decided to vapouse my HMOP on March 2022. Now I have no hopes for reunion together. She's still keep on lieing wit allegations but she's say ready to liv but nt coming. So i decided to care put hereafter. I wanna file a divorce could you please help me to how to approach is there anything else ?

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then you can serve her a legal notice regarding your thoughts of not living with her anymore. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty.
