Dear ma'am, Clearly, your husband is causing mental cruelty to you and this can be a very valid ground for you to seek divorce from him. You don't need his consent because you don;t have to apply for divorce by mutual consent. You can file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and present all the facts to validate your claims. Besides torturing your mentally, he is also impotent. Yours is a strong case. It is advised that you go ahead and file a case of divorce praying for maintenance for you and your daughter. Thank you
