    First of all drafting agreement you have to mention that condition if the party refused to pay one time settlement amount then opposite party can File Money RECOVERY SUIT IN COURT for recovery of amount.so you have right to File Money RECOVERY SUIT.If party denied for amount then you can File money recovery suit in court through lawyer. You can also File Maintenance case against him for financial support even after divorce also.
