    Hello Sir It would be advised to ask your lawyer to put pressure on the court to act on your case sometimes lawyers try to delay the case. Also ask him to file a application for early hearing of matter stating your reasons. Also you could do a outside court settlement with your wife in order to sort the matter out fast.
