you have to wait what High court will decide. moreover if the ground is valid you will get divorce from Family court.
You should not withdraw your case from The Hon’ble High Court simplicitor, otherwise you will face so many complications in your case.
Hi, If you believe the High Court's verdict will not be in your favor, you can file a fresh divorce petition, on different grounds.
