Divorse Case

I am married since 8 yrs. We don't have Kids. My husband always uses to torture me for my salary and dowry. From my marriage, I have contributed nearly 20 lakhs for house rent and EMI. We don't have a happy relationship also. He and his family members never use to treat me as their family member. They are very calculative and always tries to control me. My husband uses to hurt me physically very often. He told he just married me as I am a working woman and also he needs a girl to do the household works. He never acted with me as a responsible/caring/loving husband. Always use to demand and torture for money. I have complained about his behaviour and also about our relationship with my in-laws multiple times from 3 yr of my marriage. But they never cared. Instead even my in-laws used to ask about money. If I file a case for divorce how many shares I can expect from them.
