Dear Client you should give strong avidence concted your wife jobs in High court For further assistance please contact me Thank you
You can move to High Court for staying that order because it is too harsh
Dear Sir, Normally, the maintenance already awarded is seems to be sufficient and it cannot be increased further. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
Hello Sir The high court decision would be binding on the intrim order of the court against which you have moved to high court. If the high court says you'll not pay any maintenance to wife then that would be applicable for the intrim order passed by magistrate. The magistrate could even say to pay maintenance in final verdict. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful
if your wife already working , you can approach high court against interim order , but as father you have liability towards your child ...so you would be pay for your child and if high court put stay on interim order , than MM court will not pass order of mantenance to wife... further assistance please contact on my number..
HC timeline depends on state. See current order is for interim maintenance. so magistrate court can increase in final order. You went to HC against interim order only it seems. in any condition you have to pay for child.
