Dear Client you should. take anticipatory bail sessions and High court immediately For further assistance please contact me Thank you
Dear Sreekanth Generally, being the matrimonial affairs, the police don't arrest any person on the sole basis of a complaint filed by the wife. They send a notice to the person to appear and answer the complaint of the wife and try to settle the matter through mediation. if the same is failed then the same complaint converts into FIR and then the police can arrest. For getting more information kindly contact me.
Seek anticipatory bail first and bail for yor relatives. For the purpose of said service feel free to contact me.
Dear Sir, Now, Police have to issue Section 41A of Cr.P.C notice before arrest. You may immediately approach High Court or Sessions Court or get anticipatory bail to avoid arrest. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
