Dear client I am sorry to hear that however if you and your husband have mutually agreed to get a divorce decrease then in that case you can either file the petition before the Delhi Court or Bengaluru court.
1. You can File in Delhi or in Bangalore. 2. Jurisdiction is to the court the place were both husband and wife lastly resides, Place of Marriage. 3. Mention Your all terms and conditions in petition with date of compliance. 4. The document such as marriage invitation card, marriage photos, marriage certificate, residential proof, identity proof of both husband and wife, passport size photos. 5. You can engage any local lawyer of your choice.
If you both have already decided to go ahead with the mutual divorce then you can file it either in Delhi or Bangalore because your jurisdiction lies on both the places. And you both should also execute a settlement deed in which the terms and conditions can be mentioned for future reference.
