Dear Xyz If both of you are ready to take mutual divorce together you need to file mutal divorce petition before the concerned family court and after this court will grant 6 months time to think again about your decision of separation. The very purpose of this to save the marital relationship because in Indian family marriage is a pious relationship amongst the other relationships.
